As a customer service representative you would be responsible for providing exceptional service to our global audience in a manner that represents the De Rococo brand image of excellence. The CSR will provide high-quality support to our customers by answering inquiries, resolving complaints, processing orders, and offering information about our products and services, ensuring a positive customer experience and building customer loyalty.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to Customer Inquiries: Answer incoming calls, emails, and messages from customers regarding products or service questions, billing inquiries, and other concerns. Provide accurate and helpful responses to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Resolve Customer Issues: Identify and resolve customer issues by finding effective solutions. Escalate complex issues to supervisors or other departments when necessary to ensure the best possible customer service.
- Order Processing and Account Management: Process orders, returns, and exchanges. Update customer accounts and ensure all data is accurately entered into the system.
- Educate Customers: Provide information on product features, benefits, and company policies. Assist customers with using products or navigating the company's website or services.
- Maintain Customer Records: Accurately document customer interactions, complaints, inquiries, and actions taken.
- Quality Assurance: Adhere to company policies and procedures to ensure high service quality. Gather customer feedback and report recurring issues to management.
Qualifications and Preferred Skills:
- Education: high school diploma.
- Good English.
- Strong verbal and communication skills.
- Problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Proficiency with computer systems and office applications.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
