Key Responsibilities:

- Product knowledge: Demonstrate a thorough understanding of our luxury products, including materials, craftsmanship, care instructions, and brand history and vision. Provide accurate information.
- Store presentation and merchandising: Ensure the store is visually appealing, in line with luxury brand standards.
- Customer Service and Problem Resolution: Handle customer inquiries and complaints with a high level of professionalism.
Qualifications and Preferred Skills:
- High school diploma.
- Prior experience in luxury retail or high-end customer service preferred.
- Exceptional communication skills with a strong attention to detail.
- Sales-driven with a passion for fashion.
- Positive client-centric attitude.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
